Fifth Third is seeking candidates to join a Personal Banker I Associate program at the Detroit, MI Financial Center. Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Ability to perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell existing ones.
• Understanding of SAFE Act and NMLS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative process to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outreach activities.
• Build relationships with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
