Responsibilities

Coordinates Personal Banker and Service Representative functions to deliver efficient service.
Provides transactional support to Tellers and ensures accuracy in branch operations.
Opens personal and business accounts and prepares related documentation.
Inputs and processes loan applications, including lines of credit and cards.
Handles customer requests, researches issues and follows up to resolve matters.
