Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or equivalent.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales and needs assessment to identify customers' financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to the existing customer base and participate in outside sales activities.
• Build close relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
