Qualifications

• 2–3 years of direct customer service experience.
• 1 year cash handling experience preferred.
• Valid NMLS Registration.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately to meet standards.
• Refer customers to Personal Banker for specialized services.
• Balance and secure receipts and related records daily.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and checks.
• Refer potential Nest clients and promote digital channels.
• Handle mail transactions and respond to inquiries.
