Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a direct customer service capacity, with 1-year prior cash handling
• Prior experience in sales capacity, preferably in a retail banking environment
• Valid NMLS Registration required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting appropriate products and services
• Balance cash drawer and process teller transactions
• Meet and exceed sales goals for bank products and referrals for NEST and digital products
• Provide banking services with high-quality customer service and accuracy
• Proactively sell products to deepen customer relationships
• Assist with branch duties and compliance with policies and regulations
