• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and PNC resources.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
