Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree and related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and loyalty.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
