OceanFirst Bank is seeking a Full-Time Personal Banker in Swedesboro, NJ. You will participate in a 2-week personalized training upon hire and contribute to growth and customer retention by meeting sales and service goals.

Day-to-day duties include processing transactions, cross-selling bank products, and assisting customers with account needs while maintaining accuracy and security of all records.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in direct customer service.
• 1-year cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of opening new accounts (checking/savings) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and process transactions with accuracy.
• Refer customers to Personal Bankers for specialized services.
• Balance and secure receipts; manage cash drawers and ATM operations.
• Process deposits/withdrawals and cash checks.
• Handle loan payments, money orders, and bank checks.
• Assist customers and refer questions to appropriate bank area.
