Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years experience in direct customer service, with 1-year cash handling, preferably in a retail banking environment.
• Sales experience preferred in retail banking.
• Valid NMLS Registration required.
• Excellent sales and service.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection.
• Balance cash drawer and handle teller duties.
• Promote Bank, Wealth and NEST products and services.
• Meet sales goals and service objectives.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other teller transactions.
• Provide notary services if licensed.
• Assist with branch office functions as directed.
• Support migration of customers to digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
