Responsibilities

• Work on business credit requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities.
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Build referral opportunities through Centers of Influence and MGM program.
• Assist in growing the small business client and implement sales plans.
• Provide client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and programs; provide referrals.
• Educate clients on service and digital channels; present product offers.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with Citigroup policies and regulations.
