Job Description

Under immediate supervision, provides exceptional customer service involving cash transactions in a high-volume sales environment. Responsibilities include:

• Following bank policies and supervisor directives
• Achieving monthly new account targets
• Processing deposits and payouts accurately
• Verifying cash and checks, preventing counterfeit acceptance
• Entering transactions and issuing receipts
• Selling financial products such as money orders, cashier's checks, wires, bonds, and certificates of deposit
• Processing Western Union wires and cash advances
• Cross-selling bank services and products
• Serving a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers
• Performing additional tasks as directed by supervisors
