1stnb in Red Oak, TX is seeking a full-time banking associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy branch. You will handle cash receipts and payments, verify amounts, and balance daily transactions while promoting bank products to customers.

You should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to pass background checks, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background investigation per policy.
• Able to work in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and handle cash receipts/payments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned.
• Participate in in-store prospecting as needed.
• Process deposits and balance daily transactions; issue receipts.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors; maintain attendance.
