Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and able to pass background check.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and suggest bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Aim to achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Prospect in-store and participate in sales activities.
• Process deposits, verify amounts, and balance daily operations.
• Accept cash/receipts, verify endorsements, guard against counterfeit items.
• Enter transactions in computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell services, serve diverse customer base including Spanish speakers.
• Attend to additional tasks as assigned; maintain regular attendance.
