Citi’s Personal Banker SAFE Act role is an entry level position supporting sales and service activities in coordination with the customer service team. It aims to foster relationships with customers and build loyalty while helping increase sales to individual consumer clients.

The role involves handling small business referrals, cross-selling treasury products, and delivering outstanding client experiences through inbound/outbound calls and in-branch support.

Qualificações

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies

Responsabilidades

• Work with business credit requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities.
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Grow the small business client base and implement sales plans for Book of Business clients.
• Deliver client services via outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and present product offers and financial solutions.
