The ideal candidate has 1+ years in customer service, strong math skills, and proficiency with computers. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; prior banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or greater.
• 1+ years of customer service or face-to-face client interaction experience.
• Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic database software.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and official check issuances.
• Balance cash drawer accurately at the beginning and end of each shift in compliance with established limits and balancing standards.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with account inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide prompt, professional service.
• Identify customer needs and proactively introduce relevant banking products and services or refer clients to appropriate specialized team members.
• Follow all bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements to safeguard customer information and bank assets.
• Maintain accurate logs, organize records, and assist with general branch operational duties as needed.
