Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and promote bank products and services to support financial success.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in an active sales environment with possible in-store prospecting.
• Process deposits and pay out funds, balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks for deposits, verify amounts, check endorsements.
• Open money orders and cashier's checks, process wires and CDs.
• Cross-sell bank services and assist diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
