We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. As the face of Chase in our retail branches, you will have the opportunity to develop your career through various cross-training programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer-first attitude
• Manage and proactively meet with assigned customers, in person and over the phone, to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Establish trust through personal connections, education, and active listening
• Educate customers about technology and self-service options
• Provide financial solutions using a consultative approach
• Learn and accurately deliver information about products, services, and procedures, ensuring seamless integration of One Chase products
• Collaborate with Specialists (Financial Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, etc.) to address specialized financial needs

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in retail banking sales, financial services sales, or related roles with proven success in client acquisition and relationship development
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Required licenses: Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if needed), and Life licenses (must be obtained within 180 days of hire)
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree or military experience
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Confidence in sharing product knowledge and solutions with clients
• Experience with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
