Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests under $250K and refer larger opportunities.
• Build referral opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and MGM Program.
• Grow the small business client book with targeted sales plans.
• Deliver client services and outbound/inbound calls to deepen relationships through cross-sell.
• Coach tellers and branch staff on products and referrals.
• Educate clients on service channels and technology to uncover opportunities and present offers.
• Ensure compliance with Citibank policies, standards and procedures.
