Job summary

Qualifications

• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of sales, products or service activities with customer service team.
• Work with credit requests under $250K and refer larger opportunities.
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Grow small business client base and implement sales plans.
• Deliver client services via outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Provide coaching to tellers and branch staff on products and programs.
• Educate clients on service channels and present product offers and financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Citigroup policies and risk controls.
