Requirements

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedules are subject to change based on business needs

Job Description

Under immediate supervision, provides exceptional customer service involving receipt and payment of cash in a high-volume sales environment. Responsibilities include:

• Following bank policies and supervisor instructions
• Achieving monthly new account production targets
• Processing deposits and payouts accurately, balancing daily transactions
• Verifying cash and checks, preventing counterfeit acceptance
• Entering transactions into the computer and issuing receipts
• Selling and preparing money orders, cashier's checks, wires, bonds, travelers' checks, and certificates of deposit
• Processing Western Union wires and cash advances
• Cross-selling bank services and products
• Serving a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Environmental and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Work in a high-volume, stressful, and noisy environment
• Operate computers and office machinery
• Lift up to 25 lbs
