Job Title: Personal Banker

Position Overview

Provide a high-touch approach to developing customer relationships. Offer a full range of banking services for individual and commercial clients, including greeting customers, opening new accounts, cross-selling bank products, and supporting branch operations. Communicate effectively to deliver exceptional customer service and project a professional image of TrustBank.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote TrustBank’s values and service standards.
• Ensure prompt and courteous customer service.
• Cross-sell products to meet customer needs.
• Answer inquiries and represent TrustBank at community events.
• Open new accounts, issue certificates of deposit, and assist with account-related issues.
• Stay compliant with banking regulations during account processing.
• Order and update ATM/Debit cards, process check re-orders, and handle teller transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawers and vault, approve checks within limits, and maintain reports.
• Support team operations, attend meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM. Flexibility for occasional after-hours events is required. The environment is moderate noise, with duties involving standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Vision and dexterity requirements are typical for office work.
