As a Personal Banker, you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Virginia Beach, Florida at the Aragona PNC Retail branch.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to effectively identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues, fostering loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in efficient branch operations.

Qualifications
