Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive, personalized service.

• Identify customer needs and recommend products and services (loans, digital banking tools, credit solutions).
• Conduct financial conversations that support customers’ goals.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other transactions accurately.
• Ensure transactions comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Support branch goals through referrals, cross-selling, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch objectives.

The Personal Banker serves as a trusted financial partner to our customers by building relationships, understanding individual financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking solutions. Based at our Shiloh location in Shiloh, IL, this role blends personalized customer service with sales, operational accuracy, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through proactive, personalized service


• Open and service consumer deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit


• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services (e.g., loans, digital banking tools, credit solutions)


• Conduct financial conversations that support customers’ short- and long-term goals


• Process customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other related services.


• Process routine transactions accurately while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements


• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently


• Support branch goals through referrals, cross-selling, and teamwork


• Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
