Position Overview

As a Branch Banker, you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time as a personal banker, engaging customers in sales conversations in order to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in North Olmsted, Ohio at the North Olmsted branch.

Job Profile

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing.
• Engages in proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences, lobby activities, and education on financial options leveraging technology and resources.
• Uses product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment, participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Preferred skills include accountability, customer service, proactive sales, and leveraging technology. Typically, 3+ years of experience and an associate degree or equivalent are required; exceptions may apply.
