First National Bank of America is seeking a courteous Personal Banker for its East Lansing branch. The ideal candidate will work to understand customer financial goals and provide solutions while adhering to banking regulations. This role involves engaging customers in conversations about financial services and requires strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
First National Bank of America is looking for a courteous and tactful Personal Banker to support our physical and online branches out of our East Lansing branch, Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to combine accuracy and follow-through with excellent customer service skills. The Personal Banker involves working with customers with the purpose of understanding financial goals, building relationships and working with internal teams and partners through multiple channels, including phone, e-mail, in person and messaging.
Branch hours of operation - Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-6:00 PM
