As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Butler, PA at the Moraine Pointe Plaza branch.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, and appointment setting, to elevate client loyalty.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by providing a differentiated customer experience, educating customers on financial management options, and leveraging technology and community partnerships.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment, participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.
