The Personal Banker is responsible for performing intermediate duties and supporting branch operational activities and financial services by processing all new account-related transactions.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting various accounts and financial services, cross-selling the Bank’s products and services, opening, maintaining, and closing all account types, performing branch clerical duties, and promoting the Bank's business by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
