As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Hertford, NC.

Job Description
  1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  2. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage community and ecosystem partnerships for relationship growth.
  3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience. Perform lobby activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
  5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
