Personal Bankers assist clients with a variety of banking needs such as opening new accounts, educating them on products and services, and demonstrating the ease of use of mobile and digital banking tools. They also work to achieve established customer service and sales objectives.

Our most successful bankers truly care about people, are technically adept, and enjoy being active team members. The bank provides all necessary training and mentorship to support your success as a Fidelity Banker. A minimum of one year in the banking industry is preferred but not required.
