As a Branch Sales and Service Associate I, you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time as a Personal Banker engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position is within PNC's Retail Banking Network, based in Gilbert, AZ at the Warner and Gilbert Branch.

Job Description

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions. Leverage community and ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by providing a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. The preferred skills include accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, proactive sales, and leveraging technology. Competencies include banking products, digital awareness, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, prospecting, retail lending, and understanding customer needs.

Work experience typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

There are no required certifications or licenses, but candidates will undergo background checks per regulations.
