As a Branch Sales and Service Associate I, you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time as a Personal Banker engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position is within PNC's Retail Banking Network, based in Gilbert, AZ at the Warner and Gilbert Branch.
Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. The preferred skills include accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, proactive sales, and leveraging technology. Competencies include banking products, digital awareness, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, prospecting, retail lending, and understanding customer needs.
Work experience typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
There are no required certifications or licenses, but candidates will undergo background checks per regulations.
