Job summary

Integrity Bank & Trust in Colorado Springs is seeking a Personal Banker to welcome customers, open accounts and process transactions on-site. This full-time role focuses on friendly service, accurate cash handling and building relationships with local customers.

You’ll learn the bank’s products, identify needs, make referrals and work with teammates to deliver a consistent, person-centered banking experience while upholding regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional service to customers in person and by phone.
• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Process deposits, withdrawals and other routine transactions accurately.
• Learn Integrity’s products and services and explain them clearly.
• Ask questions, listen well and identify opportunities to help customers with additional needs.
• Make appropriate referrals to other areas of the bank.
• Maintain records and follow procedures, regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Balance cash and complete teller responsibilities as needed.
• Work closely with teammates to provide a consistent customer experience.

About the Role

The Personal Banker is often the first person a customer sees and one of the most important relationships they build with the bank. This is a full-time, on-site position that combines customer service, account opening, transaction processing and relationship development.

Personal Bankers help customers with everyday banking needs while also taking the time to understand what they are trying to accomplish and identify products or services that may make banking easier for them.

What You’ll Do

• Provide welcoming, professional service to customers in person and by phone
• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts
• Process deposits, withdrawals and other routine transactions accurately
• Learn Integrity’s products and services and explain them clearly
• Ask questions, listen well and identify opportunities to help customers with additional banking needs
• Make appropriate referrals to other areas of the bank
• Maintain accurate records and follow bank procedures, regulatory requirements and security standards
• Balance cash and complete other teller responsibilities as needed
• Work closely with teammates to provide a consistent customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Confidence asking questions and recommending solutions when appropriate
• Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Prior banking experience is helpful, but not required
• Prior customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or other relationship-based experience is valued
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work the required branch schedule, including Saturdays when applicable
• Notary commission or willingness to become a notary

$18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
