Private Staff Group is hiring a Traveling Interior Attendant and Personal Assistant to join a private household with residences in St. Petersburg, London, and Malta. You will travel with the principals, maintain immaculate homes, and support daily tasks across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality background in private residences, yachts, or five-star settings.
• Experience with high-end principals, privacy, and discretion.
• Meticulous attention to detail and impeccable presentation.
• Polished, confident, and adaptable in a travel-heavy role.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Daily light cleaning, tidying, turndowns and resets throughout residences.
• Detailed bathroom care, including steam showers.
• Polish and care for brass, silver, crystal, glassware, and fine china.
• Laundry, pressing and wardrobe care alongside housekeeping support.
• Set tables, serve meals and wine; assist with casual dinners (4–8 guests).
• Assist private chef with deliveries, restocking, and kitchen cleanup.
• Travel with family between homes, packing/unpacking and prep before arrivals.
• Maintain household vehicles and private car collection.
• Run errands and support everyday household needs.

Traveling Interior Attendant and Personal Assistant

St. Petersburg, FL | International Travel | Open to Relocation

Private Staff Group is seeking a polished, confident hospitality professional to join a private household with residences in St. Petersburg, London, and Malta. The household is casual, sophisticated and warm. As a Traveling Interior Attendant, you’ll keep each home immaculate and guest-ready, help with daily household needs, and travel with the principals as part of a small, close-knit team. This is an excellent entry point into a long-term career in private service, with real room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Daily light cleaning, tidying, turndowns and resets throughout the residence


• Detailed bathroom care, including steam showers


• Polishing and caring for brass, silver, crystal, glassware, dishware and fine china


• Laundry, pressing and wardrobe care as needed, alongside existing housekeeping support


• Setting tables, serving meals and wine, and helping host casual dinners for 4 to 8 guests


• Supporting the private chef with deliveries, restocking and light prep, and washing dishes and helping with kitchen cleanup as needed


• Traveling with the family between St. Petersburg, London, Malta and beyond, including packing, unpacking and preparing residences before arrivals


• Detailing and maintaining household vehicles, including a private car collection


• Running errands and helping with everyday household needs

The Ideal Candidate

• Comes from a luxury hospitality background: private yachts, private residences, five-star hotels, fine dining, or private and golf clubs


• Has worked directly with high-end private principals or clients and understands their expectations, privacy and discretion


• Is confident, personable and quick-witted, with a laid-back, easygoing personality


• Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in a beautifully presented home


• Reads the room and adapts naturally to the household


• Is physically fit and able to lift, carry and help with luggage, furniture and household items


• Enjoys travel and is excited to travel regularly with the family


• Has an appreciation for art and design (a plus, not required)


• Has a no-task-too-small attitude and a well-groomed, professional presentation


• Holds a valid driver’s license and passport

Compensation

$100,000 to $140,000, depending on experience, plus benefits, a vehicle, an apartment if needed, 60+ days off, and daily chef-prepared lunches.
