QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Barclay at Boynton Beach in Florida. This part-time position runs 3 PM–11 PM, including every other weekend, to support assisted living and memory care residents with daily activities and companionship.

Responsibilities include documenting health changes, aiding memory and wellness programs, light housekeeping, and assisting during dining. A caring attitude and flexibility with shifts are essential; CNA or CPR/First Aid is preferred but not

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for The Barclay at Boynton Beach

Primary Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant - Part Time - 3PM -11PM E/O Weekend

• Supports our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.


• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.


• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.


• Light housekeeping and laundry.


• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.


• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Requirements

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others


• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent


• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement


• CPR/First Aid, preferred


• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays


• Experience working with older adults preferred
