QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Barclay at Santa Rosa Beach to support residents with daily living, companionship, and activities. The role involves flexible shifts and a warm, caring approach.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification preferred but not required unless state requirement
• CPR/First Aid, preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc).
• Reports changes in health/status and completes daily data sheets.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Engages residents with activities to keep them engaged and happy.

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for The Barclay at Santa Rosa Beach

Looking for all shifts to apply

We have 12 hour shifts and 8 hour shifts available!

Primary Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

• Supports our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Requirements
