Job summary

QSL Management, a fast-growing senior living company, is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Barclay at Boynton Beach. This part-time role (3 PM–11 PM, weekend rotation) supports residents with companionship, daily living activities, light housekeeping, and engagement activities.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED; CNA certification is preferred but not required, CPR/First Aid preferred, and flexibility for weekends/holidays.

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for The Barclay at Boynton Beach

Primary Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant - Part Time - 3PM -11PM E/O Weekend

• Supports our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Requirements

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement
• CPR/First Aid, preferred
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred
