Job summary

NHS Scotland is inviting applications for an experienced administrator or secretary to serve as Personal Assistant to the Clinical Director, the Clinical Leads and the Service Manager for Mental Health Services. You will collaborate with the Senior Management Team to ensure smooth governance and efficient operations.

The role requires a proactive, well-organised professional with excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of NHS processes.

  • Provide Personal Assistant support to the Clinical Director, the Clinical Leads and the Service Manager (Adult and Specialisms) for Mental Health Services and work alongside the Senior Management Team.
