King Aerospace seeks a Personal Assistant to the Chairman in Addison, TX. This role acts as a trusted extension of the Chairman, handling personal, administrative, and strategic tasks with discretion and judgment.
The position requires coordinating high-level meetings, travel, and confidential communications, while supporting family and ranch-related initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and 7 years of executive support experience are expected.
This is not a traditional Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant position. It is an opportunity to become a highly trusted extension of Jerry King-Echevarria, Founder and Chairman of King Aerospace, across the business, personal, philanthropic and family priorities that shape his life.
Mr. King is an entrepreneur at heart. He founded King Aerospace in 1992 and built the organization around a deeply held commitment to God, Country and Family. Those words are not simply a company tagline; they influence how Mr. King approaches business, relationships, service, leadership and life.
King Aerospace has grown from humble beginnings in the King family living room into an international aviation services organization supporting corporate, VVIP, military and government aircraft. Even as the company has expanded, Mr. King remains a builder: energized by developing people, creating relationships, solving problems and pursuing new ideas.
The interests of Mr. King extend well beyond King Aerospace. He is passionate about aviation, entrepreneurship, his family, his ranch and supporting the people and causes in which he believes. Philanthropy is an important part of his life allocating time and resources to organizations that he cares deeply about.
Mr. King also owns El Lobo Ranch, a roughly 700-acre Texas ranch that serves as both a personal retreat and a place to bring people together. The ranch may host family, friends, customers, business leaders, dignitaries and other guests for meetings, dinners, events and special occasions.
The successful candidate will bring order without bureaucracy, anticipate needs before they become urgent, and create the confidence that important matters will not be missed. The person will learn how Mr. King thinks, distinguish between what he needs to know and what he needs to do, and operate with exceptional judgment and discretion.
