Safeway in the United States is seeking a Person In Charge (PIC) to lead the Front End and ensure superior customer service while the store operates in the absence of management.
The PIC will supervise cashiers, handle emergencies, and uphold company policies, working mainly at night to maximize profit, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
All store employees during the absence of the Store Director or Assistant Store Director.

The pay range is $18.28-$24.15 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
