Job summary

Jimmy John's at the Empire Ave location is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager, ensuring the store stays in excellent order. This role requires a proactive leader who can maintain 100% integrity while guiding staff, delivering friendly, enthusiastic service, and executing company procedures.

Scheduled days are Thursday through Sunday, 12pm to close (9pm), with a up-to-40-hour week, and interviews held at the Empire location.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.

This listing is for the Empire Ave. location. PIC role can be a part time or full time, but the set scheduled days are Thurs-Sunday 12pm-close. Closing time is 9pm. For interviews please come to the Empire location.

Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
