The L.E. Myers Co. is seeking a Permitting Specialist in Wisconsin to secure permits for electrical transmission, distribution and substation projects.

You will coordinate with permitting agencies, prepare applications, track statuses, and support field teams to keep projects on schedule. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in permitting or related coordination, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of permitting, right-of-way, project coordination or administrative experience in utility or construction.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's in construction management, planning, GIS or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Permit planning and tracking for multiple projects, including lead times, costs and owners.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and supporting documents; coordinate with permitting agencies.
• Maintain permit logs and share status with field teams; manage renewals and inspections.
• Provide field support to resolve permit issues during construction; stay current on permitting requirements.
