You will shape permitting operations, collaborating with leadership, product, and engineering to continuously improve how Pulley delivers results. This role requires strong industry knowledge and client-facing excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting.
• Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and municipal officials.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of local permitting rules across markets, focusing on streamlining processes.
• Advise clients through intricate approval processes for fast outcomes.
• Collaborate with municipal staff to accelerate approval times.
• Manage multiple permitting projects simultaneously, hitting milestones and resolving roadblocks.
