As Pulley expands, you’ll partner with leadership, product, and engineering to improve processes, refine best practices, and accelerate timelines for faster openings across markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting.
• Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication abilities and talent for building relationships with clients and municipal officials.
• Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable to learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of local permitting rules across markets, focusing on streamlining complex processes.
• Advise clients through intricate approval processes to achieve fast and efficient outcomes.
• Collaborate with municipalities to accelerate approval times.
• Manage multiple permitting projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met and roadblocks resolved.
• Work with product, engineering, and leadership to continuously improve Pulley’s platform and client experience.
