Job summary

Pulley is seeking a qualified Permitting Coordinator to join our in-house permitting team in New Mexico. You will support lead project managers, conduct permit research, and assist in preparing permit plans to keep projects on schedule.

You'll collaborate with city staff, navigate administrative processes, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams to refine our software platform. A strong eye for detail and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction management or architecture with a PM focus
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits
• Ability to research permit requirements accurately
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Proactive problem solver

Responsibilities

• Support lead project managers in delivering permitting outcomes for customers
• Help conduct permit research with a high degree of accuracy
• Assist in preparing permit plans
• Collaborate with city staff on nuances and ambiguities
• Monitor permit status and ensure timely responses
• Provide feedback to product & engineering teams to refine our software platform
• Work with permitting leadership to refine standard operating procedures
