Job summary

Radiant, a DC onsite role, seeks a Permitting Manager to secure state and local permits for its Kaleidos deployment. You will own the end-to-end process, file applications, coordinate with regulatory affairs, engineering, legal, and operations, and work closely with customer permitting teams to ensure smooth deployments.

You will build scalable permitting playbooks, manage contractor relationships, and track progress across sites, driving faster, compliant approvals in a heavily regulated,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing permitting for regulated facilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors and consultants through permitting.
• Strong understanding of state and local permitting environments.
• Ability to work across teams to reflect accurate site information.
• Clear communicator with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end state and local permitting for reactor deployment.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and inspectors.
• Coordinate with regulatory affairs, engineering, legal, and operations.
• Collaborate with community engagement to ensure local support.
• Work with customer permitting teams and policy groups on needs.
• Track permit status and flag risks early to leadership.
• Build repeatable permitting processes and playbooks.
• Maintain knowledge of transportation, siting, zoning, and environmental permits.
• Support site selection with permitting feasibility input.
