Job summary

Radiant seeks a Permitting Manager to own the state and local permitting for deploying Kaleidos reactors. This hands-on role translates policy and licensing groundwork into permits, coordinating closely with regulatory affairs, engineering, legal, and operations to ensure accurate, site-specific information is reflected in applications.

You will build repeatable permitting processes, manage contractors, support policy teams, and work with customer permitting teams to accelerate deployments

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing permitting for industrial, energy, or regulated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end state and local permitting for reactor deployment and transportation, from application to approval.
• Manage relationships with contractors and consultants supporting permit applications, site work, and inspections.
• Coordinate with regulatory affairs, engineering, legal and operations to reflect accurate technical/site information in permits.
• Interface with community engagement team to ensure local understanding and support.
• Collaborate with customer permitting teams and policy groups to provide on-the-ground insights for advocacy.
