Job summary

Emporia Energy is seeking a success-oriented Coordinator to support the TPO battery program in Littleton, Colorado. You will manage trackers, follow-ups, and status reporting while growing into larger workstreams.

You will work across compliance, marketing, ops, and vendors, coordinating AHJ filings, interconnection, and field logistics. This is an apprenticeship-like role for rising program managers in a fast-moving energy business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in program coordination, project administration, or operations support in energy or regulated industries.
• Excellent written communication; highly organized with multi-thread management.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Confluence; comfortable with Jira.
• Comfort using AI productivity tools to extend personal capacity.
• Self-starter who asks good questions and follows up without prompting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily/weekly status on permit and interconnection applications; flag issues early.
• Keep state-by-state regulatory tracker up to date and searchable.
• Own routine follow-up with AHJs, utilities, and vendors; escalate overdue items.
• Draft weekly status reports; pull data from trackers and manager input.
• Coordinate cross-functional action items across compliance, marketing, ops, and vendors.
