Responsibilities include reviewing scopes, managing permits, and conducting regulatory consultations. The role emphasizes teamwork, risk management, and ensuring adherence to environmental requirements across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience obtaining Environmental Regulatory Permits with state, federal and municipal agencies.
• Experience drafting, editing and interpreting studies for regulatory filings.
• Experience working in a team to site facilities in the energy sector minimizing environmental and visual impacts.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope and determine applicable permits including municipal building permits, variances, special use permits, agency reviews and consultations.
• Develop or coordinate the development of required environmental permits.
• Manage progress against plans, perform risk assessment and mitigate risks.
