• Proficiency with Excel/Outlook and basic arithmetic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews and issues building, electrical and plumbing permits and related plans.
• Determines inspections, creates records and schedules; maintains permit data.
• Interacts with sponsors, contractors and public to explain procedures and requirements.
