Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine permit types and review applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify contractor licenses and enter data in the city database.
• Maintain records and tracking systems for applications at various stages.
• Collect fees, issue receipts, balance cash drawers, and prepare cash reports.
• Process permit extensions and renewals for expired permits.
• Review plans for code compliance and coordinate with officials for approvals.
