Job summary

Same Day Water Heaters, LLC is looking for a Permit Technician to join our dynamic permitting team to support our growing department. We're looking for a detail-oriented candidate that can excel in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines and be an effective team player as well as an effective written and verbal communicator. Proficiency in MS office applications is a must.

As a Permit Technician, you are responsible for:

• Accuratelyreportingto the Permit Team Manager, as well asinteractingwith other managers
• Basic data entry responsibilities

• Ensuringtasks being completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Answeringphones and resolvingcustomer conflicts when needed
• Maintainingpositive associate morale
• Performinggeneral clerical duties (e.g., copying, filing, etc.)

• Stable employment history
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word
• Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude always
• Attendance and punctuality are extremely important to support the team and our customers
• A quick study, able to ask questions and to learn from the team of office associates
